need supply.

what a pretty little thing this shearling jacket is. so, why am i not shipping it to myself right his second? oh yeah, that little thing called christmas.

i really need to get on getting my gifts in order. how are you doing with that? you finished like a month ago, didn't you? one day i will do that.

what's the best gift you've gotten for someone so far? i need ideas, so please share all you want.

palomarie.

it's time to kick off the gifting season here at greedy girl. through the holidays, i'll be featuring gift ideas for everyone with a series of gift guides thrown in here and there.

austin-based palomarie's a good place to start. most of the collection is around $20 AND you can take 20 percent off with the code BEMERRY20. so now you can afford to pick something up for yourself, too. see how that works?

so, go, be merry.

gat rimon. (again.)

... just one more shot. pretty.

gat rimon.

lots of pretty to see from french label gat rimon. can you believe those green gloves? or the pop of color under that coat? or her really amazing hair?

in the mood for... a brown leather clutch.

i am loving all of these, but especially the 'dinner clutch' by marie turnor. (did you see the 'snak clutch'? because i did and i'm obsessed with that one, too.)

there's something so comfortable about a worn-in piece of brown leather, don't you think?

from top: poketo, marie turnor, nutsa modebadze, wood wood, mm6 by maison martin margiela.

fogal.

so, last week i spied those beautifully packaged fogal tights. and then i couldn't get them out of my mind. and then tonight, i stayed up so late ooh-ing and aah-ing over each package that i no longer can make any sense when it comes to stringing words together.

that's how amazing this hosiery is.

(i'm sorry about the ultra-huge images, but you'll thank me for it, i promise... images culled from pret-a-beaute.)

tucker by gaby basora.

you won't find a lot of prints and patterns on greedy girl. i tend to stick to the simple solids, especially in the cooler months. but then again, no one does prints quite like gaby basora. she could dress me every day of the year, in as many prints as she sees fit, and i probbbbably wouldn't contest.

p.s. i'm sure i'm late to the lytro party, but after seeing this video (of the amazing coco rocha, in tucker), i'm certain of two things: i need silver hair and also a lytro camera. who knew supermodels were so good at selling?

electric feathers.

who knew someone could need lamé so badly? i sure didn't.

until now. thanks, stuart & wright.

i don't ever use the term sick to describe something really, really neat, but those pants are seriously sick... as the kids would say.

wren.

so i need this.

getaway girl: stockholm, sweden.

greedy girl's pretending to get away to scandinavia this weekend. where do you want to go? wherever it is, have a nice weekend.

+ dress from bensoni
+ tights from fogal (like wine, my choice in tights is based on the labels)
+ boots by swedish hasbeens
+ coat from wilfred (the sherpa collar is removable. if i owned this coat and it wasn't on me at all times, you can bet that collar would be.)
+ clutch from rebecca minkoff
+ bracelet from antik batik

REDvalentino.

aren't these some really gorgeous looks from REDvalentino?

the green coat is everything i've ever wanted and more. now... who's going to buy it for me? (i'll even let you in on the best deal i found: at shopbop for $950. you're welcome.)

loeffler randall.

it's not so often that a pair of shoes really and truly stops me in my tracks. makes my heart race. leaves me feeling incomplete.

but that's what these beauties from loeffler randall have done. really. the most amazing pair of shoes ever created. by anyone. ever.

the flats are nice, too, but WOW. THOSE PUMPS.

christina kober.

of all the fortune cookie finds ever, this necklace has certainly got to be my favorite. i love how the (customizable!) fortune is such a subtle detail in the back.

what would yours say? i'm sitting here looking at my work computer and there are fortunes taped all over the place (it's bad luck to throw them away, you know):

... the finest structure can house the worst evil. (best work fortune ever)
... you are about to embark on a most delightful journey! (exclamation!)
... something wonderful is about to happy. (my favorite, even though i'm still waiting on something to happy)

found thanks to closet kitchen camera, whose story behind the fortune she chose is really sweet.

(find it here.)
