super.

i want these so hard, i could cry. but how could i pick between the black and the liberty print? well, i guess the gods made up their minds for me—the liberty was super-exclusive and is all gone now.
i'd probably stick to the basics and keep it simple anyway.
who knows if i can get prescription lenses with them? because i think i deserve a treat.
getaway girl: indio, calif., for coachella.
getaway girl's back this week with a quick trip to top-tier music festival coachella. i'll be channeling the festival via a constant mumford & sons stream from the ipod. way less cool, but it'll do. for those of you lucky enough to go, have fun.
happy weekend, folks.

wouldn't you love to lounge all summer in these gauzy and bright dresses? the neon yellow is killing me, it's so pretty and bright.
have you heard of this line? it's created by supermodel liya kebede. the story behind it and the process of creating the textiles are pretty amazing.
tucker by gaby basora.

i'm still obsessing over gaby basora and her prints and patterns... so wearable and perfect.
calypso st. barth.

beautiful summer looks.
that top skirt is more than amazing. the description says: be an image of parisian femininity (except i spelled it right). yes, i'll take it, thanks.)
stella mccartney for adidas.
i'll tell you what... if stella mccartney would outfit me to work out, i'd be the most fit girl in the world. i mean, she seriously has me considering a fanny pack (or, a bum bag, in her words, which i prefer).
thief & bandit.
love everything these. and, about everything else in the shop, especially those baby leggings.
in the mood for... maxis.
i'm noticing a trend in my wishlist for summer... what do you think?
1. nasty gal
2. rodebjer kailua
3. line & dot
4. free people
5. mara hoffman
6. asos
look at all this maxi inspiration—this one's my favorite.
kim dulaney.
love these pieces from kim dulaney.
i guess i just can't get enough of these african trade beads.
marc by marc jacobs.
forever a fan of marc by marc jacobs. if you know what i'd do for this striped number, you wouldn't think much of me...
edelweiss by sarah.
gorgeous looks with stunning styling...
also think i may have just opted against cutting bangs. so wishy-washy, i am.
flora and henri.
this shop is amazing.
not only does it glance into the future into my future* kid's wardrobe (who's surprised she'll sport green shoes, wear fantastic rompers and have exquisite swimsuit taste? or that his style icons will be gene kelly and richie tenenbaum? i'm not.) ...
... it also knows exactly what they'll look like: him (if it's a him) and her (if it's a her).
amazing, right?
flora and henri, won't you sponsor my future kid? or my future home? or maybe just me, for now? just let me know.
*very, very distant future. promise this isn't any announcement of sorts.
