fourteen days of february: day 2.
unfortunately, this olive oil dipping dish is no longer available, but i couldn't resist sharing.
maybe you'll have luck going through designer mary judge's site.
filippa k.
you can probably tell i'm jonesin' for spring. and i'd love to start it off with these looks from the filippa k spring summer collection.
acne.
all dresses should have: a) pockets. 2) amazing open backs.
just like this one.
p.s. still dying for these.
rigby & pellar.
i've kind of been on a quest lately for a bullet bra. i haven't seen one prettier than this from rigby & peller. inspired by a vintage piece of their own, the sweet pink number celebrates the company's 70th anniversary.
now, that's some serious lingerie.
psst. take a look at the ruffly high-waisted bottom, too.
e.m.papers
just so you know.
who's excited about a valentine's day roundup? me, too. look for it next week!
feltik.
hello, poland. please send one my way. xo.
via what anna loves. (caroline loves anna's style, btw.)
freshly picked.
i've said it before... you know how sometimes people are just too creative for their own good?
that's kind of the case with susan of freshly picked. case in point? these teeny tiny moccasins.
they're maaaaybe the cutest little things i ever did see.
anthropologie: part 2.
if there ever was one thing i was meant to own and wear, it is this leading light bibi (read: hat). no, REALLY.
anthropologie.
some serious suits to consider...
not for me (looks like another year in my esther williams maillot), but maybe for you?
gadofka.
wow.
i especially love the "designer says" bit:
Mushira means Bride in Ethiopian. The Mushira dress was inspired by the bride from Ethiopia and the singer Ebony Bones. Draped and cut in London, it is a one of a kind piece. Both inspiration and materials were sourced from Ethiopia, Nigeria and London (Dalston, Ridley market). I tried to express how my heritage changes and how I observe Western Culture.
the vamoose.

we're on the eve of another winter storm, and all i can think about is summertime. can you tell?
i can hold out for a while longer, but i'll need to snatch up some of these rope pieces sooner than later.

altitude design summit: a roundup.
i don't even know where to begin. i came back feeling all kinds of inspired. maybe even a bit overwhelmed with inspiration. but, i've got goals now. i'm not sure i've ever had goals for greedy girl.
mostly, i'll stop being a flake. and i'm going to work on consistency. even when i'm busy. and even when i am tired. and even when i hate greedy girl (that happens sometimes, sorry). i promised karey mackin more posts. (how can you say no to that smile of hers?) and, now, i promise you... more posts.
and, these other people i met and talked with at alt? like mrs. mackin, they were nothing short of brilliant.
i met the talents behind the old favorites i've been following for years (oh joy, apartment therapy) and then i met many more new-to-me favorites... the cabin house, ISLY (i still love you), oh hello friend, petit elefant and freshly picked.
i also was really jazzed to meet the ladies behind oh so beautiful paper, snippet & ink and brooklyn bride.
you're kicking yourself now for not attending alt, aren't you? well, i fully plan to be there next year, and i hope you'll join me.
p.s. you'll find some more alt love over at design crush, where i put in a few more thoughts on the whole shebang. what was it like traveling with ms. design crush, you ask? lovely. thank you, kelly, for being such a great travel mate!
p.p.s. salt lake city was beautiful.
p.p.p.s. it's entirely possible you and i may have had a brilliantly long conversation and you still don't see your name up there. that's because 1) i probably had visited the bar a few too many times that night, and 2) i lost your card between here and there. please speak up so we can get reacquainted!
christina vantzou.

i'll take all three of these prints from brussels-based artist christina vantzou. (be sure to check out her other projects, including animations and music.)
anna's pots.
sweet for a valentine's day gift.
p.s. if you're not already on board, follow me on twitter for alt summit updates!
loeffler randall, part two.
since the other pair of loeffler randalls was such a hit...
i'd settle for these. wouldn't you?
also, please accept my apologies for sporadic posting. busy, busy, busy plus not feeling so well. i head to alt summit thursday for some serious blog/design envy. i'll try to report back though.
a few very quick notes.
1. yes, i am alive.
2. no, i don't have time to blog.
3. i'll see you soon.
photo here. (i am missing not having time with joe.)
brin and nohl.
oohhhh how i love these. i bought joe a swiss army blanket for christmas and i'm really secretly sad i didn't pick one up for myself. so maybe i'll treat myself to a pillow?
also wouldn't mind some of these wool baskets.
kansas couture.

is she not the cutest girl on the internet? i thought so, too.
also, i have a hankering to get back to lawrence. but not til it warms up.

my new favorite t-shirt. printed on the most amazing american apparel t-shirt ever.
oklahoma pride! (i've found myself defending oklahoma a lot more than i used to. does that mean i might like it?)
