am i crazy, or has it been impossible to upload photos lately?
i won't let blogger bring me down though. i'll still give you a lust-worthy item. you'll just have to find out for yourself what it looks like.
in the meantime, anyone with the slightest clue as to why i can't upload photos is welcome to share their knowledge.

ah, 24 ... such a weighty number; of such great value and importance; arguably the best number out there.
i'll remind you why [thanks, wikipedia]:
to reiterate uncrate's initial thoughts on the apple iphone... ho-ly shit. what an exciting day!
i say this not because i have any clue what this really means for the mobile market, but because i – like many mac users – pride myself in judging books by their covers, figuratively speaking.
i like a beautifully designed and well-performing product and don't require much beyond that, hence my love for apple and excitement for the iphone.
secondly, i adore the little boy in steve jobs' presentations. that hair! those eyes!
that's all.

piazza cotton jacket

i hereby proclaim all shades of yellow as my official color of spring. while this jacket embodies everything i could possibly love about one item, i fear it's best left to the girls with the right coloring.
being the light-colored gal that i am, i think i should stick with yellow accessories, or skirts, at least (the farther from my face, the better).
but wait! let's all remember michelle williams last year at the oscars. she was positively radiant.
and, though i've never particularly liked kristen bell, thanks to the little shit she played on deadwood, i came across this photo lately and found it inspiring.
so let's make spring 2007 the season of red lips and yellow greatness!
love the tie on the waistband.

i know we're just a few days into winter but now that christmas is over, my mind is on the spring. and, for me, spring means skirts. so, with my shiny new sewing machine (yay! a christmas present!), i plan to spend my weekeneds sewing up cute little skirts and bags.
but, until i can get this crazy stitching stuff down, i will look forward to this (which would go beautifully with these).
polka dot skirt
forever21, $22.80

because terrorists are funny. and because crocheted terrorists are even funnier.
and, now that i've just been added to the terror watch list, i think it's safe to say this:
i think mahmoud ahmadinejad is the cutest of all the religious zealots.

you remember when i promised a gift guide, right?
well, i was really planning to do that until it occurred to me that the 500+ posts that so far make up this sad little blog are, truly, a gift guide in and of themselves.
so, tonight, instead of the gift of a promise kept, i'm here to tell you...
...you're welcome.
know of something i might like, have a product you'd like featured or just want to send me lovely things?
just e-mail me at cd@iamagreedygirl.com.
